Refundable security deposit
Only for guests who want to pay deposits with agreed bookings, it can be added to your reservation cart when you are making a booking.
After your stay this amount is fully refundable provided you have met the requirements of the security deposit.
DEPOSIT TERMS
The terms of the deposit are please consider the neighbours and treat the apartment as if it was your own.
Please leave your name and number on the windscreen of your car saying you are guests with the apartment number (or they can tow you away). You can park in any bay.
Deposit terms:
avoid citrus on the stone surfaces in the kitchen as it marks.
when you leave please strip the bedding you used and leave it downstairs inside at the entrance, leave the dishes washed and take the rubbish out;
use the ridiculously expensive white rubbish bags - the rubbish is left diagonally opposite Martine at 22b (where you pick up keys) or otherwise opposite nevai hotel there are more bins. Please don't leave any rubbish in communal building areas;
more than one complaint to the police can affect your deposit (keep the music down after 10pm, the stone floors carry noise easily, consider the neighbours and make sure you have the code/key to get into the building late at night when it is locked.
no candles, because there is so much wood and your stay is at your own risk
