Deposit terms
Up to 500 CHF can be deducted from the card if deposit terms are not met.
By paying this amount you:
accept the terms of the deposit, adherence to local regulations and that you are additionally liable for “specific” damages caused by you.
The deposit has only been used twice over the course of 15 years.
You will be fine if you treat the property as if it was your own, consider the neighbours and read the deposit terms.
--PARTIES are not allowed
-MUSIC must be kept down after 10pm
--POLICE have the right to enter the apartment if there is loud music after10pm
--IN THE CORRIDORS the stone floors carry noise easily - consider the neighbours!
--AVOID CITRUS on the stone surfaces in the kitchen as it marks
--NO CANDLES allowed, because there is so much wood. (Fire risk!)
--RUBBISH. Use the expensive white rubbish bags everyone has to use
--SKIS, Can´t be left in communal building areas
--CLOSE THE ATTIC WINDOWS when you are out, especially in summer since it can rain
-WHEN YOU LEAVE
-strip the bedding you have used; and leave it on the floor inside
-Leave the keys where you found them
--Leave the dishes washed.
--Rubbish cannot be left in communal areas or outside.
--Leave the rubbish in designated areas (on the way to the library, Route de Verbier Station 90).
PARKING
Leave your name, phone number and “Valmont 10 guests” on the windscreen of your car.
--If it snows overnight, move your car to private parking early in the morning, so the snow can be cleared.
Everyone in Verbier has to do this when it snows.
